EvolveWeb Plan Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to this plan, you agree to the following terms:

• Initial Payment: A one-time $500 setup fee plus the first month’s service fee is due immediately upon submission of this form.

• Automatic Recurring Billing: The monthly fee for the EvolveWeb Plan will be automatically charged every 30 days, commencing from today's date.

• Cancellation Policy: This plan is a month-to-month service and may be cancelled at any time by sending a written request via email. Upon cancellation, services will continue to be provided until the last day of the current billing cycle.

• Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
