SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING + MANAGEMENT

Social Media That Brings In
Customers and Donors

Social media marketing and management for small businesses and nonprofits in Sullivan County, Orange County, and the Hudson Valley. Posts, reels, and carousels built on how people actually decide. A real person who checks in every week. And every post approved by you before it goes live, on a complete social media management platform we built ourselves. Plans from $499 a month.

Social media that has to pay for itself

Most social media management in the Hudson Valley is a posting schedule. Eight graphics a month, a caption, a block of hashtags, and a report full of likes. It keeps the feed alive and produces almost nothing you can spend.

We run social the way we run everything else: as a conversion problem. Every post has a job, whether that's moving a follower to your website, to a donation page, or to the phone. Video gets made instead of skipped. And because that traffic has to land somewhere, the Triple Foundation comes first, so the site it sends people to is built to turn them into customers.

Here's the clearest example we have. A Hudson Valley nonprofit came to us barely able to share its own work online. Within a month the feed was carrying video and stories every week, donors were getting real updates, and the organization doubled its Giving Tuesday fundraising over the year before. Their word for the emails and weekly check-ins was "rave reviews." That review is public on our Google Business Profile.

WHAT'S IN EVERY PLAN

Content, video, and a human who checks in

Nonprofit social media content calendar with video, impact stories, and donor testimonials

Content Built to Convert

Posts, Carousels, and Stories
Every post starts with a question instead of a template: what does this audience need to see to take the next step? Captions, carousels, and stories are written around how donors and customers decide, so the feed does a job instead of filling a calendar.

Short Video and Reels

Produced With Our Studio Partner
Video is the highest-engagement format on every platform, and most local agencies skip it because it doesn't fit their retainer. Ours includes it: 8 to 12 short videos and reels a month on the Momentum and Powerhouse plans, produced with Nimble Dragon Studios, an award-winning production partner.

You See Every Post First

Our own platform, built in-house
Nothing publishes until you approve it. Every post waits for you in a complete social media management platform we built in-house, one you can check from your phone. A real project manager checks in with you every week, and your monthly report shows what actually moved engagement, leads, and donations. Not vanity numbers.
THE PART EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA TOOL IGNORES

Working with your agency shouldn't
feel like herding cats

Before we settled on how we run social for clients, we tried every tool on the market. They all schedule posts. Some make decent graphics. Not one of them handles the part that actually decides whether the work is any good: the back-and-forth between you and the team on your account.

Everywhere else, that part is held together with tape. Planning lives in one tool, creation in another, the strategy in a slide deck, revision requests in a text message, photos in an email, and approvals wherever you happened to see the post. Most agencies just pass a spreadsheet around an email chain and hope nothing slips.

Things slip. That's how a post goes out with the wrong date, the old logo, or a caption you never approved.

So we built the thing the market doesn't sell: a complete social media management platform, developed in-house, with one place for everything between you and your account team. The content plan, the drafts, the thinking behind each post, your changes, your photos and video, your approvals, all in one view. You see what's coming. You mark up what needs to change. You approve from your phone. Nothing goes out that you haven't seen.

It's why a weekly check-in with us runs fifteen minutes instead of an hour, and why "did you see the message I sent?" isn't a sentence you'll say to us.

What social media management
costs per month

The question everyone asks first, and almost no agency answers on its website. Three plans, all published.

  • Launchpad, $499 a month (three-month minimum). Two platforms, eight custom posts a month, branded graphics, caption writing, hashtag research, basic engagement, and a monthly report. For a business that needs a consistent, professional presence before adding video.
  • Momentum, $1,299 a month (six-month minimum). Three platforms, twelve posts and eight short videos or reels a month, content strategy and planning, advanced design, A/B testing, targeted boosts, and a dedicated project manager. The plan most Hudson Valley businesses and nonprofits choose.
  • Powerhouse, $3,499 a month (six-month minimum). Five platforms, twenty-plus posts and twelve videos a month, premium design, advanced engagement, reputation management, boosts, and a dedicated project manager.

Ad and boost budgets are separate (we suggest $500 a month minimum). The full line-by-line comparison is on the social media pricing page.

Should you hire a social media manager
or an agency?

A full-time social media manager in the Hudson Valley costs a salary, benefits, software, and the video production one person can't do alone. A freelancer is cheaper and disappears when they get busy. An agency sits in between, and it only makes sense if it produces what a single person can't.

That's the test to put to any agency, including us. Do they make video, or just graphics? Does a real person check in every week, or does a dashboard? Do you approve posts before they go out, or find out after? Do they report on leads and donations, or on likes?

Our answer to all four is built into every plan: video on Momentum and Powerhouse, a weekly check-in, your approval on every post, and reporting tied to the numbers that pay your bills. If one hire can do all that for less, hire them. Most can't.

Social media marketing FAQ

Our plans run $499, $1,299, and $3,499 a month depending on platforms, post volume, and whether video is included. Ad and boost budgets are separate. The full comparison is on our social media pricing page.

Yes. Every post waits for you inside a complete social media management platform we built in-house, one you can check from your phone, and nothing publishes until you approve it. On Momentum and Powerhouse, a dedicated project manager also checks in with you every week.

Yes, on Momentum and Powerhouse: 8 to 12 short videos or reels a month, produced with Nimble Dragon Studios, an award-winning Hudson Valley production partner. Video is the highest-engagement format on every platform and the one most local agencies skip.

Only if the agency produces what one person can't: video, weekly strategy check-ins, an approval process, and reporting tied to leads and donations. If a single hire can do that for less, hire them. Most can't, which is why our plans are built around those four things.

Yes. Nonprofits are a large part of our work in the Hudson Valley. One client doubled its Giving Tuesday fundraising in its first month with us, and that review is public on our Google Business Profile.
