Elevate Your Brand
REPUTATION + REVIEW MANAGEMENT

Because "Trust Us"
Isn't a Strategy

Your online reputation is like a digital fingerprint, except it's way harder to wipe clean when things get messy. At Mountain Digital Marketing Group, we don't just polish your brand's image; we arm it with a flamethrower against internet trolls, disgruntled Yelp warriors, and that one competitor who keeps leaving shady Google reviews. Review management from $249 a month, published. Reputation repair for when it's already gone sideways.

Reviews are the one ad
you don't get to write.

Here's how a stranger reads your business: stars first, then the most recent review, then whether anyone from the business bothered to answer it. That's the whole decision, made in about four seconds, before they've seen a page of your website or a second of your video.

Most owners handle this the same way: whoever gets to it. Which means nobody gets to it. The five-star reviews sit unthanked, the one-star review from the guy who never actually came in sits unanswered, and every one of those is read by the next hundred people deciding whether to call.

We think of it as your brand's personal hype squad and bodyguard rolled into one. Because in today's digital Wild West, your reputation shouldn't be left to chance. It should be sculpted, shielded, and served on a silver platter to your audience. And it should be priced on the page, not on a call.

THREE JOBS, ONE TEAM

Gather. Answer. Defend.

Review Management

Gather, Answer, Contest
The lane most businesses need: a review-gathering system that asks at the right moment, every review answered by a human who knows your business, and fake or unfair ones contested. Priced by volume, published below.

Monitoring

Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Beyond
We track every whisper, shout, and passive-aggressive post about your brand across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and the industry sites your customers actually read, so you don't have to lose sleep (or your cool). Alerts the day they land.

Reputation Repair

When It's Already Gone Sideways
Part detectives, part PR ninjas. A backlog of angry reviews, a competitor's smear campaign, a viral moment you didn't ask for: we work the removals, answer the pile, and run the campaign that moves your rating back up.

What ignoring reviews costs.
What managing them costs.

Two studies put a number on this. Harvard Business School's Michael Luca matched restaurant revenue records against Yelp ratings and found a one-star increase produces a 5 to 9 percent increase in revenue, and that the effect is entirely on independent businesses, not chains. For a $500,000-a-year business, the gap between 3.5 and 4.5 stars is $25,000 to $45,000 a year, at the same prices, from the same door.

Womply went further and measured the silence. Across 200,000 small businesses, three out of four never respond to a single review, and the ones that reply to even 20 percent of their reviews earn 42 percent more revenue than the ones that reply to none. Businesses answering at least half of their reviews earn about $166,000 more a year. Ignoring a bad review isn't neutral. It's the most expensive thing you can do with it.

Priced by how many reviews come in, because that's what drives the work. Every plan includes the gathering campaign (the ask at the right moment, with a one-tap link), a human-written reply to every review that mentions what you actually did, monitoring on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, fake and unfair reviews contested, and a monthly review report.

  • Up to 10 new reviews a month: $249. Replies within 72 hours. The right fit for most single-location businesses.
  • Up to 30 a month: $399. Replies within 72 hours, weekly check, gathering sequence tuned every month.
  • Up to 75 a month: $599. Replies within 24 hours, monitored daily.
  • Over 75, or multiple locations: quoted before we start, and the number won't move. Additional locations add 60 percent each.

Gathering system setup, $249 one-time. The review link and QR code, the email and text follow-up sequence, the counter card, and a ten-minute staff training on when and how to ask. Waived on the Map Pack and Main Attraction Google Business Profile plans, where it's already built in.

Already sitting on a pile of bad reviews?

A backlog isn't maintenance; it's a project, and we price it like one so you know the number before we start.

  • Backlog cleanup: $20 per negative review, $8 per positive or neutral review, one-time. Every negative one gets a considered, specific reply and a check against Google's policies. A hundred-review backlog is roughly $2,000, which is real money and still less than what it costs you every month it sits there.
  • Removals: $50 per review actually removed. Pay only when it works. We file the policy violation, follow up, and escalate. Fakes, competitors, and never-were-customers come down more often than people think.
  • Reputation repair, from $850 a month. For the business at 2.3 stars: the backlog handled, three months of the top review plan to move the average, removals worked, and a stated rating goal. One number, one plan, one team.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

Reputation Management FAQ

$249, $399, or $599 a month depending on how many reviews come in (up to 10, 30, or 75), each including the gathering campaign, human-written replies, monitoring on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and contesting fakes. Multi-location and high-volume plans are quoted. The gathering system setup is $249 one-time.

Yes, and it's half the job. Replying protects your rating; gathering moves it. Every plan runs a review-gathering campaign: the right ask at the right moment, a one-tap link, and follow-ups tracked and tuned monthly.

We price the backlog as a one-time project: $20 per negative review and $8 per positive one, each getting a real, specific reply. A hundred-review backlog runs about $2,000. If the rating itself needs to move, that's reputation repair from $850 a month.

Sometimes. Reviews that violate Google's policies (fake accounts, competitors, people who were never customers, harassment) can be reported and removed. We charge $50 per review actually removed, so you only pay when it works. Reviews from real, unhappy customers can't be removed; they get answered well instead.

Review management is the ongoing lane: gathering, answering, monitoring. Reputation repair is for a reputation that's already gone sideways: a backlog, a smear campaign, a viral moment. It combines the backlog cleanup, removals, and an intensive gathering push with a stated rating goal, from $850 a month.
