They can't afford to. A project-fee developer gets paid once, at launch, so every hour on every page has to land on the invoice. When Google changes the rules, that's a new project. When your business outgrows the site, that's a new quote. And the big-box hosts run the other version of the same game: a $5.99 doorway price, then the renewal, then the security package, then the email you didn't order.
We built EvolveWeb™ the opposite way. We're pricing for the next twenty years, not for launch day. That only works if you stay, so everything in the plan exists to make staying the obvious choice: the price doesn't move, the edits are unlimited, and when the web changes underneath your site, we rebuild it. Nobody asks. Nobody invoices.
It's a partnership in the plain sense. You succeed, we keep making the website better. That's the deal.
Larger sites: add $100/month per additional 10 pages above 40. Above 100 pages, or heavy integrations, we quote it. Twelve-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel in writing any time after that; it takes effect at the next billing cycle, no refunds on billed months. The price you sign at is the price you keep, for as long as you're a customer.
*Advanced forms and e-commerce take real programming to set up, so there's a one-time setup fee plus the plugin's annual license, both quoted before we start.
1. No build fee. The initial design is part of the plan. You don't write a $3,000 check to get started.
2. A page is a page. Your contact page and your twelve-section homepage cost the same. Blog posts don't count toward your page limit at all, so publishing more never costs you more.
3. Redesigns are included. When your business changes, or when Google changes what a good website has to be, we rebuild it. Same monthly rate. We've done this for a large nonprofit and for a five-page jeweler, and neither one got an invoice.
4. Your price is locked for life. No renewal increases. Ever. The rate you sign at is the rate you pay in year ten.
5. Extra functionality is quoted before we start. A store, a CRM, or advanced forms take real programming, so there's a one-time setup fee plus the plugin's annual license, both quoted up front. Nothing lands on the first invoice you didn't already know about.
6. Your payments build equity. The site is ours while you're on the plan. If you ever leave, you can buy it outright for its fair market value minus everything you've paid us. Fair market value is what it would cost to build the site new at published per-page rates (roughly $150 to $600 a page, depending on complexity). A five-page site on Starter is usually paid off in about three years. Leave before your twelve months are up, and the buyout is the full difference.
EvolveWeb™ is web development done right: fast, secure, maintained, and building toward yours. Conversion Science™ is the layer we add on top when the website has to do a job: the 200-point audit, the emotional journey mapping, the neuro-optimized build, and the 30 to 60 percent conversion guarantee. Any EvolveWeb site can add it. It's also where the extras live that EvolveWeb doesn't include, like cluster pages built to be found by search engines and quoted by AI answers.
$99 a month for up to five pages, $249 for up to twenty, $449 for up to forty, plus $100 a month for each additional ten pages. Design, hosting, security, maintenance, unlimited edits, and redesigns are all included. There's no build fee, and paying annually takes 5% off.
Twelve months minimum, then month to month. Cancel in writing any time after that; it takes effect at the next billing cycle, and there are no refunds on billed months. Your rate is locked for as long as you're a customer.
Any designed page, regardless of length or complexity. Your contact page and your twelve-section homepage count the same. Blog posts don't count at all.
Yes. When your business changes or when Google changes what a website needs to be, we rebuild it at no additional cost. We've done it for a five-page jeweler and a large nonprofit, and neither got an invoice.
Anything beyond regular web design that takes extra programming up front: an online store, a CRM integration, advanced forms. It's a one-time fee, quoted with the plugin's annual license before we start, and it applies on every plan.
The site is ours while you're on the plan, and your payments build equity toward it. If you leave, you can buy it outright for its fair market value minus everything you've paid, where fair market value is what a new build would cost at published per-page rates. Most five-page sites are fully paid off in about three years. Leave before twelve months and the buyout is the full difference.
We're based in Monticello, NY and serve businesses and nonprofits across Sullivan County, Orange County, and the Hudson Valley, by appointment.
